Alma Del Pueblo’s Santa Barbara Public Market has recently opened. Located in the heart of the thriving Arlington District, this highly anticipated urban center provides an array of regionally sourced & sustainable artesian foods, organic groceries, pasta noodle bar, wine & beer tasting, bakery, and much more. Since the grand opening, this *LEED certified market has had an overwhelming turn out and raving reviews. The market supports some of California and Santa Barbara’s finest local companies including Green Star Coffee, Santa Monica Seafood, and Crazy Good Bread Company. As mentioned in one of our previous articles, there are seventeen merchants filling the 27,711 SF interior space. You may see the list of purveyors here: Alma Del Pueblo's Santa Barbara Market.
Adjacent to the market and located directly next door to the Arlington Theater, is Alma Del Pueblo’s thirty-seven mixed-use residential units, complete with a roof top garden and some of the best views in town. This development is a modern take on Spanish-Colonial architecture. One and two bedroom luxury units start at $800,000 for a studio and up to $2.5 Million for the rare 2 bedroom. 30 of the 37 units are still available. The move in date is unknown (but hopefully May 2014) as the developers await the certificate of occupancy. For Alma Del Pueblo sales information please contact Gabe direct on his cell (805) 680-5141.
