It’s that time of year again when our community welcome's the annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. With the famous Arlington Theatre as the center of the buzz, we cannot help but get excited for the opening of the “Soul of the City,” Alma Del Pueblo right nearby. This housing project will be open Spring 2014 and is offering upscale eco-friendly homes and an entirely new “Santa Barbara Public Market,” featuring a collection of specialized food and craft beer. The recently updated list of purveyors who will be inhabiting the “high-ceiling” “farmers’ market–type stalls” that the space provides are listed below. The first four Alma Del Pueblo condos have already been purchased. While 33 remain, it is safe to say that with the combination of their beautiful location, outstanding home features and incredible Market, they wont last long.

The middle income application process for Alma del Pueblo is now closed and no longer accepting applications for those applicants.
