After looking for more than 1.5 years, we closed Escrow within 3 months of working with the Venturelli Group. As out-of-town buyers looking to purchase our first home in Santa Barbara, we had many questions and trepidations. Both certainly have our recommendation, but more so they have our Trust, and we look forward to working with them in the future for all our buying and selling real-estate endeavors.
