Impressive Local Knowledge

Gabe and Bruce Venturelli did an excellent job from start to finish as my Santa Barbara Realtors in 2007. As first and second generation SB real estate professionals, their local knowledge was impressive. They found us a great house that met all our needs, with a top notch school, in a neighborhood I didn’t even know existed, but fit our lifestyle perfectly.
